PINK STONE is an NYC-based real estate development and multifaceted investment firm dedicated to the intersection of architecture, technology, and art founded by Richard Ohebshalom in 2010.

PINK STONE CAPITAL GROUP

Founded in 2010, Pink Stone’s initial chapter was marked by the successful acquisition and repositioning of several distressed assets in Manhattan and prime Brooklyn. Examples include the purchase and subsequent development of 180 Nassau Street, the assemblage of fee interest/development rights at 105 and 111 Washington Street, and the development of the Greywood, a 75,000 square foot luxury rental building.

.

During this time, Pink Stone also achieved a major victory with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission paving the way for the conversion of a two-story building located at 250 Fifth Avenue into a 23-story luxury hotel, currently under construction. Pink Stone also maintains a passionate focus in the areas of emerging technology, art, and philanthropy via related platforms Pink Stone Incubator, Pink Stone Fine Arts, and Pink Stone Foundation.

In total, the building will contain approximately 437 residential units. The building is modeled as a condo-residential hybrid, maximizing return potential and minimizing risk. The building has a full set of architectural plans. The developer has completed property surveys, environmental investigations and reports, soil borings, and feasibility studies for the development program. In addition, the project will receive 421-a tax abatements during construction and throughout stabilization.
