Vice President, General Counsel
Jonathan Dembling is Vice President & General Counsel at Pink Stone Capital Group.
Jonathan is responsible for establishing, managing and executing upon all aspects of Pink Stone’s business initiatives, as well as overseeing the firm’s legal and operational functions.
Jonathan joined Pink Stone following his work at some of the nation's most respected commercial real estate practices, where he represented clients in a broad range of complex transactions and earned recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey state bar associations.
Jonathan received his B.A. and J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently working towards a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance at New York University.
Erseida is the Financial Controller at Pink Stone Capital Group. She joined the Team in 2015 following her work at some of the largest Real Estate Management Companies in NYC like Argo Management. Her job consist on overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting and budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, monitoring expenditures, coordinating auditing processes and ensuring organizational financial stability. Erseida received a double major in Finance and Accounting from Vienna University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien ) and University Luigj Gurakuqi.
She is currently working on her Master Degree at Columbia University New York. She was previously member (Team Leader ) of the word's largest students organization ENACTUS (aka SIFE) . Erseida is an active member and fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Fundjave Ndryshe Fundation and Animal Need Me Foundation.
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Rutledge serves as Chief Financial Officer for Pink Stone Capital Group. Prior to joining Pink Stone, Mr. Rutledge was the Chief Financial Officer & Director of Asset Management and Development for Tuck-It-Away – Associates, LP (“TIA”) and Rising Development Co., LLC (“RD”), where he worked in tandem with the Company’s CEO in developing and implementing the company’s investment and operating strategies, along with the oversite of its development entitlement and approval processes for all development projects.
Mr. Rutledge serves on a number of outside Boards and Committees including Vice President and Executive Board Member of the Yonkers Downtown Waterfront BID and Member of the University of Mississippi Business School Advisory Board. Mr. Rutledge received his BA in Banking & Corporate Finance from the University of Mississippi and his Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from New York University.
